Product Overview: Elegantly inspired by Japanese tea rituals and barista-level control, crafted from premium stainless steel with a matte black heat-resistant finish. Ergonomic handle and precision spout offer effortless control over flow and direction. Compatible with gas and electric stovetops.
Usage Guidelines: The narrow gooseneck spout allows steady, controlled flow perfect for pour-over coffee or tea steeping. Suitable for most stovetops including gas and electric. Not suited for some fast-heating induction stoves. Fill only to the practical max capacity (~27oz). Do not overfill or boil very small amounts of water. Ensure the lid is securely seated before heating. Never heat with the lid removed.
First Use: Wash 2-3 times with mild detergent and rinse thoroughly. Boil and discard water before first use. Keep the flame under the base—avoid overheating the handle or lid knob.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Allow the kettle to cool fully before rinsing or washing. Hand wash with a soft sponge and mild detergent. Avoid chlorine bleach. Wipe dry with a soft towel after washing. Descale periodically with a vinegar-water solution (1:1), boil, then rinse thoroughly.
Safety Warnings: Always monitor while heating—avoid dry boiling or high heat. Use heat-resistant gloves or a towel to handle post-boil. Tilt the kettle away from your face when pouring. Wait at least 20 seconds after boiling. Not microwave safe. Do not use the kettle if dented, cracked, or the handle is loose. FILL ONLY TO MAXIMUM 27oz.

Absolutely love this little kettle! Works great on our glass top stove, thermometer has no issues. Definitely worth the money for the value, easy to clean, and looks great even sitting on the stove when not used. The handle has a soft touch to it and does not get hot while the kettle is heating up. I haven't used the little infuser that came with it but am very impressed with the quality of the infuser and the silicone hot pad that came with it.
I really wanted to love this kettle, looks mostly well made. No sharp edges when cleaning inside or the lid, thermometer seems well sealed. But upon the first wash before use, the handle is peeling and shedding like dry skin, didnt even use extremely hot water to hand wash with.
Great construction! Only drawback is the size (I know I could have selected a different product), it is good for 2 large cups. Tha is fine for my needs. Also a little concerned about the handle on a gas stove. The flame can exceed the size of the bottom. I just move the handle away and adjust the flame down. Beat features are the thermometer and the spout.
I opted for stovetop over e-kettle to avoid adding another small appliance to my counterspace. Like other reviewers, I appreciate the build quality and am excited to own a kettle with a built-in thermometer.
The thermometer is very helpful to avoid overheating the water for tea.

I love this! It is the perfect size to heat water for a pour over or AeroPress coffee. The matte black color looks nice against my decor.
I was and am super impressed by this kettle. I have had a few different kettles, and wish I had found this one first.1. The temperature tracking is perfect. I enjoy my coffee and tea at a certain temp. And for some of my coffee and teas, they require a certain temp to brew the flavor better. This has been an accurate way of brewing for me.2. The wood handle has not gotten as hot as I thought it would. Most times when I’ve used others kettles whether that’s over an electric stove or gas, I had burnt my hand on the handle. Which led me to be using other mitt. For whatever reason I’ve never had this problem with this kettle. This is however, just my experience.3. The inside seemed to be a stainless steel, which is easy to look in and see if it’s clean. Any coffee or tea lovers like myself know the importance of having a clean kettle for brewing.I really think the overall quality is good. I was pleasantly surprised with the price not being too expensive given how well it’s been working for me. I haven’t had any problems with it. Would definitely buy again.

Bought for a gift and she loved it. I want one now too. It’s beautiful. It’s well made and perfect for the coffee or tea connoisseur. Such a beautiful and personal way to really enjoy. I haven’t used it yet so I’m not going to comment on things I don’t know. First impression, perfection. Oh, it did come with a tea strainer and silicone mat to set hot kettle on.
Well-made and nicely balanced pour over kettle is a pleasure to use. Bright thermometer display shows target temperature clearly, wooden handle adds an elegant touch. Included silicone mat is handy for those who like to pour a "bloom" before the pour over.
I love this! I got the larger size and initially I thought it was going to be too small for my pour over coffee maker but it ended up being the perfect size.
A quality product. Sturdy and the price is reasonable. The thick bottom results in a longer heating time than, say, an electric, but that's part of the journey in a quality, stove-top kettle. Recommended.

The most noticeable feature is how fast it heats up. Pp to 160 in a few minutes. Love the goose neck, makes for a slow smooth pour without any splashing. Absolutely love it
It makes perfect coffee
If I could I'd give 3.5 stars because Captain Cranberry responded to my email question almost immediately.Unfortunately I would like to love this kettle. Build quality seems good. The major FLAW is there is no way to calibrate the thermometer. So I now have a kettle with a thermometer that isnt accurate. Others make these so that you can turn the thermometer to calibrate. Suggested to this company that they look into incorporating that into their design
This is a great pot for slow pouring in drip manual coffee makers. Cute accessories too. Thermometer does when water is a right temperature.
how good tea tastes! I was using an enamel teapot. I noticed it looked like some of the enamel was off the bottom of the pot, so I purchased this one. OMWord! The difference! It tastes so clear, crisp, clean! I love the way the water comes out the spout, steady. I also love the thermometer built into the lid. Did I mention the handle? It's positioned at the back of the pot where it stays cool to the touch! They only drawback is it only makes enough for 2 cups/mugs of tea/coffee. There is nothing I could improve on this pot
