Care Guide

Product Overview: Crafted from premium ceramic, fired at high temperatures for durability, style, and exceptional ventilation, absorption, and heat distribution. Certified food safe with no lead and no cadmium. Perfect for Sukiyaki, Shabu Shabu, Yosenabe, noodle soups, stews, rice risotto, and more.

Usage Guidelines: Use on gas stovetops, in the oven (up to 500°F/260°C), or in the microwave (bottom part only). Do not place the lid in the microwave, as its handle contains a small metal component. Avoid electric stovetops. Use low to medium heat to prevent local overheating. Never leave the pot empty on high heat.

First Use: Clean with water or rice water to season the pot. For soups, start with noodle soup or porridge. Lightly oil for certain dishes, but avoid deep frying.

Cleaning & Maintenance: Always clean and dry thoroughly after use. Handwashing is preferred. Do not use metal brushes or sharp objects. Avoid soaking in water for extended periods. Allow the pot to cool completely before soaking or cleaning. Store in a dry place.

Safety Warnings: Claypot is fragile—avoid bumping or dropping. Never wash a hot pot with room-temperature water. Handle with care when removing from the stovetop. DO NOT PUT LID IN MICROWAVE.
