Oksusu Cha (Corn Tea)

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup dried corn kernels (roasted)
- 8 cups water
Instructions
- Add dried corn kernels and water to a pot.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15–20 minutes.
- Strain and serve hot or chilled.
Tips
- Combine with roasted barley for a blended Korean tea called oksusu-bori cha.
- Naturally sweet — no sugar needed.
