Ingredients
- A handful of fresh lemon verbena leaves (or 1 tablespoon dried)
- 1 cup boiling water
- Honey to taste (optional)
- Lemon slice (optional)
Instructions
- Rinse fresh verbena leaves gently
- Place leaves in a cup or teapot
- Pour boiling water over the leaves
- Steep for 5-7 minutes
- Strain and add honey or lemon if desired
- Serve warm after dinner
