Iced Tea That Never Goes Watery

Strong to the last sip. The trouble with iced tea is that plain ice waters it down. Freeze brewed tea into cubes instead, and every glass stays as full flavoured as the first pour.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups brewed tea, cooled (black, green or herbal)
  • Lemon slices, optional
  • Honey or sugar, optional

Instructions

  1. Brew your tea a little stronger than usual and let it cool.
  2. Pour half into your stainless steel tray and freeze into cubes.
  3. Chill the rest in the fridge.
  4. Fill a glass with the tea cubes, pour over the cold tea, and add lemon or honey to taste.

Tip: Freeze sweet tea and unsweet tea in separate trays so everyone gets their glass just right.
