Coffee Ice Cubes for Better Iced Coffee

No more watery iced coffee. Freeze leftover coffee into cubes and use them in place of plain ice. Your drink stays cold and tastes like coffee to the last sip. A stainless steel tray gives you clean cubes with no plastic taste.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups brewed coffee, cooled
  • Milk, cold brew or fresh coffee, to serve
  • Sugar or syrup, optional

Instructions

  1. Brew a pot of coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. Pour the coffee into your stainless steel ice cube tray and freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
  3. Release the cubes with the lever and drop a few into a tall glass.
  4. Top with milk, cold brew or fresh coffee. Sweeten if you like, and stir.

Tip: The same trick works for iced matcha, chai and hot chocolate. Freeze the drink you love so it never gets diluted.
