Switchel (Haymaker's Punch)
Tangy and Revitalizing
Switchel is America's original energy drink — a refreshing blend of apple cider vinegar, ginger, and maple syrup that farmers have been drinking since Colonial times. Also known as Haymaker's Punch, it was the go-to thirst quencher for workers in the fields long before sports drinks existed. It's making a well-deserved comeback today.
