Ingredients

  • 1 package Korean ramyun noodles (with seasoning packet)
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup mussels, cleaned
  • 1/4 cup squid, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Prepare the noodles: Break the noodles into pieces and set aside.
  2. Cook the noodles: In a small pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook according to package instructions, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add ingredients: Add the chopped seafood, green onions, and sesame oil to the pot. Stir to combine.
  4. Serve: Once the noodles are cooked, turn off the heat and serve immediately.

Tip: For a spicier flavor, add a spoonful of gochujang (chili paste) to the pot before adding the water. You can also add other vegetables like mushrooms or spinach for extra nutrition.
