Hojicha (Roasted Green Tea)

Smoky and Mellow. Hojicha is a Japanese roasted green tea with a distinctive reddish-brown color and a warm, smoky aroma. The roasting process reduces caffeine and bitterness, creating a smooth, comforting tea perfect for evenings. Brewing in a clay kyusu teapot brings out its best qualities.
