Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup (Fox's U-Bet is traditional)
- 1/4 cup very cold whole milk
- 3/4 cup cold seltzer water
Instructions
- Pour chocolate syrup into a tall glass
- Add the cold milk and stir briefly
- Tilt the glass and pour seltzer forcefully to create a frothy head
- Stir quickly from the bottom — just once or twice
- Drink immediately while fizzy
