Ingredients
- 250ml whole milk
- 100g dark chocolate (60-70%), finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar

- Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- Heat milk in a saucepan until steaming but not boiling
- Add chopped chocolate and whisk gently until melted
- Add sugar and salt, whisk until smooth and frothy
- Pour into a cup and serve with whipped cream
